Amazon seller integration.
Connect Amazon to the systems you already run — and stop doing it by hand.
Being clear about what this is: Amazon controls the storefront, so nobody “builds” an Amazon shop the way they build a Shopify store. The real engineering work is integration — getting listings, inventory, orders, pricing and settlement flowing between Amazon and whatever you actually run your business on, through the Selling Partner API. That is where sellers lose hours every week to manual work and stock errors.
What’s included
- Selling Partner API (SP-API) integration and authorisation
- Listing creation and bulk updates from your own catalogue
- Order import into your ERP, accounting or fulfilment system
- Inventory sync so Amazon stock matches reality
- Automated repricing within rules you set
- FBA inventory, shipment and reimbursement data
- Settlement and fee reporting for real margin visibility
Inventory sync is the one that costs money
Overselling on Amazon damages your account health, not just that order. If your stock lives in another system, the sync has to be near-real-time, has to handle the case where two channels sell the last unit simultaneously, and has to fail safe — reducing availability rather than risking a cancellation. That is the single highest-value integration for most sellers.
SP-API is not a friendly API
It uses AWS-style request signing, has aggressive and uneven rate limits, and returns asynchronous reports rather than direct answers for much of the useful data. Integrations that ignore the throttling model work in testing and fail at volume. Building it properly means a queue, backoff and tolerance for reports that arrive late.
Knowing your real margin
Amazon's fee structure — referral, FBA, storage, returns, advertising — makes true per-SKU profitability genuinely hard to see. Pulling settlement reports into your own reporting is often the change that alters what sellers decide to stock.
Common questions
Can you build us an Amazon store?
Not in the sense of a website — Amazon controls that. What I build is the integration and automation behind it, and a separate direct-to-consumer store if you want one you actually own.
Can you sync Amazon with our Shopify or WooCommerce store?
Yes. Multichannel inventory and order sync is one of the most common and most valuable pieces of work here.
Do you handle Amazon advertising?
I can integrate the Advertising API for reporting and automation. I am an engineer, not an agency — I will not manage your ad spend.
What about other marketplaces?
eBay, Etsy and others work on the same principles. Multichannel integration is usually built once and extended per channel.
