Terms and conditions.

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the jeemmo.com website (the “Service”). Jeemmo is a trading name of Verivello Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 17175225), registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, which operates this Service and handles client work (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Jeemmo and its licensors.

Source code produced for a client under a paid engagement transfers to that client at handover, as set out in the individual project agreement.

Links to other web sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Jeemmo. Jeemmo has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Client portal and accounts

Clients are given an account on the client portal at jeemmo.com/client. Accounts are created by us; there is no public sign-up. An account is for the client it was issued to, and you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for anything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.

The portal holds your projects, briefs, messages and any files either of us attaches to a thread. Anything you upload must be yours to share, or something you are permitted to share with us. We may suspend or close an account that is misused, and we may close an account once an engagement has ended, keeping only the project record we are required to keep.

Credits

Credits are a prepaid balance held on your portal account and used to order the fixed-scope items listed there. Credits are issued by us; they cannot be bought directly on the website, are not transferable to another account or person, and have no cash value outside the portal.

Placing an order spends the credits for that item immediately, at the price shown on the card at that moment. The name and price of what you ordered are recorded with the order, so a later change to the catalogue never alters an order already placed. Refunds of credits are dealt with in our refund policy.

Hosting, domains and servers

We do not sell domain names, web hosting or servers. Those are provided by HostingBaba (hostingbaba.net) under their own terms and support arrangements, and any contract for them is between you and HostingBaba. Our work and these Terms cover development, and the portal through which it is run.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of these Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Individual project agreements may specify a different governing law and jurisdiction, which will take precedence for that engagement.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice before the new terms take effect.
