White-label development for agencies.
Engineering capacity when your pipeline is fuller than your team.
Agencies win work in bursts. When three projects land in the same month, you either turn work away, overload the team, or find capacity you can trust. I work as an extension of agency teams — usually on the backend and full-stack work that is harder to subcontract than design or front-end build.
What’s included
- Backend and full-stack development under your brand
- Working within your repository, standards and workflow
- Direct communication with your project manager or lead
- Realistic estimates you can quote against with confidence
- Complete confidentiality — I do not approach your clients
- Documentation your team can pick up afterwards
- Availability for follow-on work and fixes
How this usually works
You bring the client relationship, the brief and the commercial arrangement. I estimate, build and deliver into your process. Whether I am visible to your client is entirely your call — some agencies introduce me as a specialist, most prefer I stay behind their brand. Both are fine.
Estimates you can quote against
The risk in subcontracting is an estimate that doubles after you have already fixed a price with your client. I would rather give you a realistic number, including the parts that are uncertain and why, than an optimistic one that makes both of us look bad later.
Timezone that works
Istanbul is UTC+3 — two hours ahead of London, one ahead of most of Europe. That is a shared working day, so questions get answered the same day rather than overnight.
Common questions
Will you contact our clients?
No. Non-solicit terms are standard in my agency agreements and I am happy to sign yours.
Can you work in our repository and process?
Yes — your branching model, review standards, ticketing and deployment process.
What if the project needs skills you do not have?
I will tell you before we start rather than learning on your budget. I am a backend and full-stack engineer; I do not present as a designer or a native mobile developer.
How do you handle confidentiality?
NDA as standard, and I do not use white-label work in my portfolio without written permission.
Have a project in mind?
Tell me what you're building and roughly when you need it. I reply to every genuine enquiry within one working day.
