Somewhere online, the data you need already exists — scattered across directories, listings, public registers, marketplaces and articles. The hard part is collecting it reliably, checking it, and turning the mess into something structured you can act on. I do that, and hand it back the way you want it: a tidy CSV, an Excel sheet, or a clean PDF report.

Delivered the way you’ll actually use it

Raw data is rarely useful as-is. Tell me the outcome you want and I shape the delivery around it: a CSV or Excel file when you need to sort, filter and analyse; a clean, formatted PDF report when you need something to read, present or send to a client. Same underlying research, packaged for the job.

Checked, not just collected

The value is in the cleaning and checking, not the grabbing. I de-duplicate, normalise inconsistent formats, fill or clearly flag the gaps, and cross-check against a second source where it matters — so you get data you can trust rather than a pile you still have to tidy by hand.

Done responsibly

Public sources only, with each site’s terms and robots directives respected and gentle rate limits so nothing gets hammered. Anything involving people’s personal data is handled under data-protection rules — and if a request crosses the line, I’ll say so and point you to a licensed source or official API instead.
