E-commerce development.
Online stores built to sell — secure payments, clean product management and a checkout that does not lose people.
An online store is a payments system with a catalogue attached. I build stores where the commercial mechanics — payment handling, stock, tax, order state — are as carefully built as the design, because that is where revenue is actually won or lost.
What’s included
- Custom WooCommerce store design, build and configuration
- Secure payment gateway integration with proper webhook handling
- Product, category, variant and inventory management
- Conversion-focused, mobile-responsive checkout
- Speed optimisation — stores lose sales to slow pages
- Order, shipping and tax configuration
- Migration from an existing platform where needed
Why WooCommerce
WooCommerce runs a large share of the web’s online stores because it is flexible, well supported and entirely yours. There are no monthly platform fees taking a share of your margin, and no restrictions on what you can change when your requirements outgrow the defaults.
Launching or rebuilding
Starting out? Launch a focused store and expand as you grow. Already selling but the store is slow, fragile or hard to manage? I can audit and rebuild it, usually without losing your order history or your search rankings.
Common questions
WooCommerce or Shopify?
Shopify is simpler if you want to pay monthly and accept the platform’s limits. WooCommerce gives you ownership and no revenue share, but you are responsible for hosting and maintenance. I will give you a straight recommendation for your situation.
Can you migrate our existing store?
Yes, including products, customers and order history, with redirects so search rankings survive the move.
Which payment providers can you integrate?
Stripe most commonly, plus most major gateways. Payment work is a specialism of mine — including the webhook, refund and reconciliation handling most builds skip.
Our store is slow. Can you fix it rather than rebuild?
Usually yes, and it is normally the cheaper answer. WooCommerce is slow for specific, identifiable reasons.
